At Craftmart, we are dedicated to bringing you the finest handloom heritage of Santipur. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our traditional artisans.
1. Returns & Exchange Eligibility
We accept return or exchange requests only under the following conditions:

Defective/Damaged Products: In the rare event that a product has a genuine structural defect or is damaged during transit.

Wrong Item Delivered: If the product received is different from what you ordered (e.g., you ordered a Jamdani but received a Cotton Print).
Note on Handlooms: As our products are handmade, slight irregularities in weave, small knots, or minor thread variations are characteristics of authentic handloom and are not considered defects.
2. Return Process

Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

Unboxing Video: For a smooth refund process, we highly recommend recording an unboxing video when you first open your package. This serves as vital proof for damage claims.
3. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

With all original tags and packaging intact.

Folded neatly (especially for delicate Muslin and Jamdani sarees).
4. Refund Procedure
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed back to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 7–10 business days.

COD Orders: You will be asked to provide your bank details or UPI ID. The refund will be credited within 7–10 business days after we receive the item.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.

After Dispatch: Once an order is handed over to our courier partners (Delhivery, DTDC, etc.), it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse a COD order at the doorstep, we reserve the right to disable the COD option for your account in the future.
6. Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased during a "Clearance Sale" or "Flash Sale."

Custom-stitched items (e.g., customized Pajamas or blouses).

Products that have been used or altered.
