2. Product Authenticity & Handmade Disclaimer

• Handmade Variations: Most of our products, including Jamdani, Muslin, and Handloom Cotton sarees, are handcrafted by traditional weavers. As a result, slight irregularities in the weave, small knots, or minor dye variations may occur. These are not defects but a hallmark of authentic handloom.

• Color Representation: We photograph our products in natural lighting to ensure accuracy. However, due to different screen resolutions and monitor settings, the actual color of the fabric may vary slightly from what you see on your device.

3. Order Acceptance & Pricing

• All orders placed on Craftmart.in are subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock or if there is an error in pricing.

• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of GST where applicable.

4. Payment Terms

• We offer secure payment processing through Razorpay, supporting UPI, Cards, and Net Banking.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD), customers must be available to pay the full amount at the time of delivery. Non-acceptance of COD orders without a valid reason may lead to a permanent ban from future purchases on our site.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery is handled by third-party partners (Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC, etc.).

• While we aim for "Fast Delivery," we are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or local holidays.

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

6. User Conduct & Website Use

• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our website, product photos, or content without express written permission from Sourav Das.

• You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature into our Bagisto eCommerce system.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nadia, West Bengal.
