• Domestic: We currently ship to all pincodes across India.

2. Delivery Partners

To ensure your handloom products reach you in perfect condition, we partner with the most reliable logistics providers in India:

• Express Partners: Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ekart Logistics, and DTDC.

• Global/Premium: DHL.

• Remote Areas: India Post (Speed Post).

3. Processing & Delivery Timelines

• Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

• Estimated Delivery Time: * Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5-7 business days.

  • West Bengal: 2-3 business days.

• Please note: Handmade products (like specific Jamdani or Muslin sarees) may occasionally require extra quality checks before dispatch.

4. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: We offer Free/Discounted Shipping on prepaid orders above a certain value (Check your cart for current offers).

• Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal COD convenience fee may apply to cover the additional handling costs charged by our courier partners.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via SMS/Email containing your Tracking ID and a link to the courier partner’s website. You can also track your order directly through your Craftmart.in account dashboard.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

• COD is available for most pincodes.

• Please ensure someone is available at the address to make the payment at the time of delivery.

• We reserve the right to disable COD for customers with a history of frequent order cancellations or non-acceptance.

7. Inspection & Damages

Our products are traditional and handmade. While we ensure sturdy packaging, if you receive a package that is tampered with or damaged, please:

1. Do not accept the delivery.

2. Take a photo of the package.

8. Incorrect Address

Craftmart is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, a re-shipping fee may apply.
