At Craftmart, we strive to ensure that every handloom product from Santipur meets your expectations. Because our products are handcrafted with love and care, we have a specific policy regarding returns to maintain the integrity of our traditional weaves.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following specific circumstances:

  • Damaged Product: If the saree or garment has a visible hole, tear, or structural damage upon arrival.

  • Wrong Product: If you received an item that does not match your order (e.g., wrong color, wrong fabric, or wrong category).

Handloom Disclaimer:

Please note that Craftmart specializes in handmade products. Slight irregularities in the weave, minor thread inconsistencies, or small knots are signatures of authentic handloom and are not considered defects. Color shades may also vary slightly (5-10%) due to digital photography and screen settings.

2. Return Window

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • After 48 hours, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a return or exchange.

3. Mandatory Requirements for Returns

To process your return smoothly, please ensure the following:

  • Unboxing Video (Recommended): We strongly advise customers to record a video while opening the package. This is the fastest way to resolve claims of damage or missing items.

  • Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original folding.

  • Tags & Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 7001442014 or email us at store@craftmart.in.

  2. Provide your Order ID and attach photos/videos of the issue.

  3. Once our team reviews and approves the request, we will provide further instructions.

5. Reverse Pickup

  • Pickup Service: We provide reverse pickup through our logistics partners (Delhivery, Xpressbees, etc.) for most pincodes.

  • Self-Ship: If your pincode is not covered for reverse pickup, you may be asked to ship the item back to our Santipur office. We will reimburse the shipping cost (up to a fixed limit) upon verification.

6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or design of the same value, please contact us.

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges based on your location.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products bought during a Clearance Sale or Special Festive Offer.

  • Customized or altered items (e.g., stitched blouses or pajamas).

  • Products that show signs of wear or perfume/deodorant scents.
