2. Product Authenticity & Handmade Nature

Craftmart specializes in traditional handmade sarees (Jamdani, Muslin, Handloom Cotton, etc.).
Variation Disclosure: Because our products are handmade by weavers in Santipur, slight irregularities in weave, color, or texture are not defects but a sign of authentic handloom.
Color Accuracy: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to digital screen settings, the actual color may vary slightly.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Payments are processed via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) or via Cash on Delivery (COD).

4. Shipping and Delivery

We utilize third-party partners like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ekart, DTDC, DHL, and India Post.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Craftmart is not liable for delays caused by the courier partner or unforeseen circumstances (festivals, weather, etc.).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images of sarees, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of Craftmart and Sourav Das.
You may not use our images or content for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose.
To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will affect the functionality of our Bagisto eCommerce system.

7. Limitation of Liability

Craftmart shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website.
